By accessing and using Gematrix ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Gematrix ("we," "us," or "our"). Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Gematrix is a web-based platform that provides gematria calculation services, including: • Numerical value calculations for text in English, Hebrew, and Greek alphabets • AI-powered interpretations of gematria values • Access to a database of spiritual and numerological associations • Calculation history and pattern recognition tools • Community features and educational content The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

Paid subscriptions are subject to the following terms: • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis • All payments are processed through our secure payment processor • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings • Refunds may be provided at our discretion within 30 days of purchase • Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Gematrix and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Service. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without explicit written permission.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gematrix, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from: • Your use of the Service • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any rights of another party • Any content you submit to the Service This indemnification obligation will survive termination of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if: • You breach these Terms • You fail to pay subscription fees • We reasonably believe termination is necessary to protect our rights or the rights of others • You request account deletion Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Data associated with your account may be deleted, subject to our data retention policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gematrix is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims involving intellectual property rights or injunctive relief. You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
